I'm on Vistaprint and I'm using the Email Marketing service and it
says my contacts are "bounced" and I was just wondering what that
means..?

Most likely, it means that your message that was sent to your contacts
did not reach them and your message bounced back. That may happen if
your contact's email address was not correct or their mailbox was full
or their ISP rejected your message for some reason.
